Chris was a corporate lawyer, working for a private equity firm and its affiliates as the general counsel and a corporate strategist, notably for healthcare industry.
He teamed up with a renowned KCPA accountant and CVC representative to accumulate finance-savvy knowledge regarding corporate transactions and board plays, especially for off-shore entities.
He applied his professional skills in the areas of corporate and finance law to guide CEOs and other C-level officers during the course of intricate process of mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate takeovers, strategic partnerships across the industry.
He was THE company guy.

He is a different man now. With a sudden epiphany, he realized that he is in this world for other reasons, resigned all his posts without any hesitation and decided to dedicate himself for the rights of foreign persons, including resident and nonresident aliens, foreign corporations and partnerships in Korea.
This sudden realization led him to believe that his life had something more profound than simply making the rich richer. Now, he stands as an advocate for those without a voice in a foreign land, using his legal expertise to ensure fairness, dignity, and justice for the underrepresented in Korea.

Having spent his youth in Ottawa, Canada and La Cañada Flintridge, California, Chris is admitted to the Korean Bar and Seoul Bar.
