Mr. Hong is a certified accountant of KCPA and has vast experience in deals regarding corporate transactions and M&As while working for Samil PWC accountings. He is currently providing his valuable knowledge to many other CEOs while holding a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Korea University.
Paul Choi
Paul Choi has background in M&A and investment banking. He spent most of his banking career at Merrill Lynch, including other banks such as ABN AMRO and HSBC.
He is currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Invites Ventures, a VC firm with operating HQ in Yeouido.
Mr. Choi holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Korea University.
Moohan Kim
Moohan Kim is an attorney admitted by Korean Bar who is a partner at the lawfirm of Woorinuri, which has been closely connected with Rockcliffe Law over the years.
Fluent in both Korean and English, he has rich experience in advising number of listed Korean companies, as well as foreign companies and entrepreneurs in Korea. Moohan holds a Bachelor of Arts, College of Law from Korea University.
Gene Young Cho
Dr. Gene Young Cho is a scientist and biotechnology executive with a background in bioengineering and medical physics. He earned his PhD and completed postdoctoral research in oncology before transitioning into life sciences strategy consulting at L.E.K. Consulting.
With a strong foundation in both science and business, Dr. Cho has held leadership roles across biotech startups and investment firms. He brings expertise in translational research, corporate strategy, and venture creation.
Currently, he is a General Partner at Valuence Ventures and executive at CG Pharmaceuticals. Dr. Cho is passionate about advancing innovative therapeutics and fostering partnerships that accelerate scientific breakthroughs.
