Wrongful termination occurs when someone is dismissed or forced to quit his/her job in violation of any law or public policy. According to Korean regulations, an employee who has been wrongfully terminated may recover various types of damages. Also discrimination against any employee based on race, color, religion, sex, national origin etc. are strictly restricted and will be the cause of various types of damages as well. At Rockcliffe Law, Seoul Korea, we are dedicated to representing employees from abroad who have lost their jobs or who have suffered both physically and mentally due to unlawful employment practices or any discrimination against them, especially focusing on the mistreatment compared to fellow Korean employees. We understand the hardships of working as an expat and will fight for your rights. If you would like to talk to us about unlawful employment practices you’ve experienced in Korea, please contact us at any time.
